Ishaku Happy Ashiya is a dynamic and resourceful professional with a strong background in digital communications, web design, and information management. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Management, Ishaku is honing her expertise in data analytics, digital marketing, and web development.
In her role as Social Media Manager at the Nigerian Environmental Summit Group (NESUG), Ishaku manages the organization’s social media presence, develops and implements digital communication strategies, and creates engaging multimedia content. She also actively engages with online communities and supports advocacy and crisis communication efforts, contributing to NESUG's mission of environmental sustainability.
With a track record of delivering innovative web solutions, Ishaku has designed and optimized WordPress websites for multiple organizations, including Lekquig Limited, Sunny Hill Security ltd, and the Nation Unity and Peace Development Foundation. She specializes in SEO optimization, content management, and enhancing user experiences.
Her diverse skill set includes graphic design, video editing, and problem-solving, supported by certifications in Google Digital Marketing, Copywriting, and various ICT and project management programs. Ishaku also brings significant administrative expertise from her tenure as Assistant Secretary to the CEO at the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria, where she oversees critical operations, maintained meticulous records, and facilitated seamless communication within the organization.
